RETURNS POLICY
At COMOCLUB, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 7 days from the date your order is received.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via email at comoclubonline@gmail.com and provide us with your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will do our best to assist you with the process.
Please note that due to the limited nature of our drops, we cannot guarantee exchanges for incorrect sizes, or change of mind orders. Please contact comoclubonline@gmail.com for all exchange inquiries.
The item(s) must be returned in unworn, unwashed as new condition, with tags attached.
Buyer must cover the cost of return shipping and any shipping and handling is non-refundable.
We also do not accept returns for concerns that fall under general wear and tear. Please carefully read the washing instructions for each item to ensure longevity in your garment.
In the event that a return does not meet the set standards, we reserve the right to reject the return.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, refunds will be processed into the original payment method.
